SAB Foundation Social Innovation Awards 2016
The SAB Foundation Social Innovation Awards 2016 is open for entry. It is open to any South African with an innovative product or service that demonstrates both a viable business model as well as measurable social impact. It carries a first prize of R1.2 million, significant other prizes along with business development support to assist with venture growth. The closing date for applications is midday on 31 May 2016.

We provide proof of concept funding to ideas which are: Aimed at improving early learning outcomes; - Focused on children between the ages of 0-6 and/or the period of development during pregnancy; Implemented in SA; Those with the potential for large-scale impact at an economic cost in marginalised communities.
